This is the concept I created for the Yorkie Motel exterior — the gritty spot where Reacher, Duffy, and Villy collide for the first time and reluctantly start trusting each other as a team. 💥🛏️ Big shoutout to graphic designer Liam White for the killer neon sign that ties the whole scene together.
